Originally, Leila and I had been scheduled for a different day, but because of some nasty bug that I caught, we had to reschedule. I am so happy we did- the weather was perfect and the light was gorgeous...nature did all the work in bringing out this girl's amazing golden brown eyes! I just had to be there to capture it. During the photo shoot, I could not put my finger on who she reminded me of, but when I was processing the pictures it clicked- Natalie Portman. Except I think that Natalie Portman could only wish she had Leila's 'serious face' - it is something fierce.
