Dave & Mandy + One
This couple is amazing. Dave competes in triathalons and Mandy - well, let's just say that she is the first 8 1/2 month pregnant woman I have met who can still do push-ups! But what quickly became evident during this photo shoot is that not only are they physically strong, this couple is strong as a team. They laugh together and inspire each other, and are going to give little Cooper one incredible set up parents to grow up with! We started outdoors to capture some winter beauty, then rounded the shoot out indoors where it was a little more toasty. Here is your sneak peek...enjoy!

The perfect afternoon
Meet some of our family's dear friends! Lora and I have been talking about photographing her family for over a year now, and even though a heavy fog threatened to delay our plans, it lifted in time to enjoy a wonderful afternoon together. It is killing me not to post a super fun one - but there is a good chance it will be their Christmas card, I think, so I will just have to refrain myself and be satisfied with posting these instead... enjoy!
Mark is building an actual roller coaster on some of their property by their house with his two youngest boys? What a memory he is creating!!!
this is a family with loads of personality ... and I love every moment!

Down of the Farm { take 2 }
I met with Monte and Kelly back in the summer to capture some promotional images for their thriving businesses (Gardenstone, Cascading Creations and the Spokane Grapevine) and I was thrilled when Kelly contacted me about another session, this time to include their three youngest children. Time flies when I am photographing this couple - despite the frigid conditions (no really, we had a mandatory hot chocolate break) the kids were troupers and we all had fun ... and hopefully the next time we have a session, there will be no ice cold rain and I will be bringing lemonade instead;). As always, K&M, it was great to work with you...here is your sneak peek...enjoy!
