Renee & Lauren {mini session #4 }

If you recognize these faces, then you know I am not exaggerating when I say they are two of the dearest people to know. Renee and Lauren, I loved the chance to try to capture just a small hint of your beautiful spirits! Even that much blows me away! enjoy....

Super Man

When I first met up with this family, little Jacob was convinced he only wanted pictures if he could wear his Superman outfit. When we encouraged him with the promise that he could have some pictures as Superman after we had a few in his Mama's choice, he agreed...the problem is, by the end he was having so much fun that we couldn't even get him to wear the Superman costume!!! Which is a bummer, because who doesn't love a kid in a red cape? So Maggie and Ed, if Jacob ever does want some more pictures with his red cape, just let me know and this photographer will be there like a speeding bullet! For now, here are some fun sneak peeks of a wonderful collection of images...enjoy, and the rest are soon to follow!

Childhood

Can you say adorable? I have been excited to meet this family ever since I first spoke with their mom on the phone...I love it when parents have as much fun anticipating the photo shoot as I do! It was a great time full of wagons, balloons, laughing, giggling...and the occasional Skittle to match the fabulously bright & cheerful attire. Here you are, Hart-Burns family...enjoy!

Perfect Number Seven

I first met Jill when I was still working an 8-5 job and photography was something that I did in my 'free' time, on the side. We clicked almost immediately, and while we both eventually moved on to other places (mine obviously being photography) we have kept in touch and maintained a kindred friendship throughout the years. I was so excited to be the one to take her wedding pictures when she met & married a wonderful man a couple of years ago, and the privilege continued when I met up with them this past weekend to capture family pictures for their home. This family rocks! Thank you Jill and Toby, for letting me share in your lives, and for choosing me to capture a small sliver of it. You guys are awesome!
